Postage Costs
Shipping within the UK is £3.95 per order. The shipping charges and choices are clearly displayed in the Shopping Cart before the order is confirmed. Orders over £50.00 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery
Kiss the Blue aims to despatch orders within 5 working days subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages, please allow more time. In the event of an item being discontinued or unavailable for an unforeseeable period of time, you will be notified by email. Need your item urgently? We are able to offer overnight delivery on stock items at a cost of £7.95. PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER please email or telephone us to confirm your item(s) is/are in stock and is therefore available for express delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery if you have not first checked with us on availability. All UK deliveries are made via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service and International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Sign For Delivery.

Returns Policy
Due to Hygiene regulations all items MUST be unworn with any packaging intact, all tags attached and in perfect condition. Goods must be returned within 14 days. Failure to comply will result in the item being returned to you (subject to a £3.95 shipping charge) and no refund given. A refund (less £3.95 standard delivery charge) will be made to you within 14 days of return of goods, where goods are returned within 14 days. You are liable for the cost of returning unwanted items, any costs that we have to pay for your return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any items you wish to exchange will be subject to an extra £3.95 handling charge. Faulty items should be returned within 7 days, and we will gladly refund or replace, including any carriage charges. Wrap the item securely and include your name, order number and reason for return, and send to the address below. Please note we will not accept any exchanges or returns on any erotica products unless they are faulty.

Kiss the Blue cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, and would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all packages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Alternative Items
If a product that you have ordered is out of stock or has become unavailable we can offer a similar alternative if required. If you would prefer not to use this service please uncheck the 'accept alternative' button when selecting an item.

Discreet Delivery
All items are shipped in plain packaging without any identifying labels or trademarks. If paying by Debit/Credit card the item will appear as Vallen Ltd.
